To celebrate the release of the box set, each of the authors is posting her favorite drink recipes and offering a giveaway! Great way to celebrate, don’t you think? Drinks and goodies! What could be better?! A Lemond Drop is my absolute favorite go-to drink! It’s cold and sweet, and if it’s made right, you’ll be licking sugar off the rim in no time! (That sounds awfully dirty, doesn’t it?!)

Ingredients:
4 fl oz fresh lemon juice
2 fl oz vodka
1 tsp white sugar
crushed ice
1 lemon, sliced
4 sprigs fresh mint

Directions:
In a mixing glass, combine lemon juice, vodka and sugar. Stir until dissolved, then pour into glasses filled with ice. (Or, if you’d like crushed ice, blend ice until crushed or “slushied”.) Garnish with a lemon slice and sprig of mint.

That’s it! Easy and delicious!
